Environmental Remediation
RTS is an industry leader in environmental remediation, industrial decommissioning, and site decontamination. Our areas of expertise include radioactive waste cleanup, lead and asbestos abatement, microbial remediation, HVAC hygiene, and hazardous waste disposal.
RTS offers a full suite of laboratory and field environmental services and has the ability to conduct every aspect of our client's remediation projects, from initial survey, sample collection, and data analysis to cleanup, disposal, and documentation.
Laboratory Services
RTS operates a state of the art radiochemistry laboratory, which allows us to provide rapid, accurate measurements of environmental radiological contamination.
Our mobile laboratory can provide on-site facilities for projects where immediate testing and up to the second results are required.
We are presently commencing the state and national certification process of our fixed and mobile laboratories with the intention of offering commercial radiochemical testing to third parties.
Training
RTS provides radiation and hazardous material safety and handling training. We can leverage our collective expertise to offer our clients custom curriculum development, administration, and certification.
Consulting
RTS offers a full range of consulting services geared toward ensuring that our clients are fully compliant with all regulatory matters. Our services include data collection and analysis, remediation cost estimates, documentation and filing with state and federal agencies, remediation project management, creation and submission of worker protection plans, and implementation of WPP, WMP, and site security.
Additionally, RTS has extensive experience in complex litigation support and provides a wide range of related services , including environmental experts, case management, and forensic/investigative services.

RTS is a Louisiana company with a nearly thirty year history of giving our clients best-in-class service.
Founded in 1990 by Andrew Gross at the Louisiana State University Business and Development Center, the company experienced rapid growth and within three years Mr. Gross sold the company as part of an IPO with Growth Environmental Inc. of Oakbrook IL.
In 2003, Mr. Gross formed a “new” RTS aiming to capture the entrepreneurial spirit of the original company. The company again found rapid success and growth.
The company was honored by Inc. Magazine in September 2009 as the fastest growing environmental services company in the United States. In the same September issue, Inc. Magazine published a feature story on the success of RTS and Mr. Gross.
